Frank van Meenen
Frank van Meenen is a true entrepreneur who launched his first company immediately after completing his Small Business studies at Haarlem University of Applied Sciences. Between 1990 and 2010, his company, Wecare, grew into a leading player in printer cartridge recycling, wholesale distribution, and e-commerce solutions. After selling it in 2010, he helped establish one of the first e-bike brands in the Netherlands. From 2015 to 2023, he restructured and reorganized several companies as an interim manager and turnaround specialist.
Insolvency management
Starting in 2024, Frank will focus on guiding and supporting companies through difficult times. He successfully completed the WHOA (Act Approval of Private Composition Schemes) Restructuring Expert training program in Leiden.
Frank specializes in developing strategic plans for financial, legal, and operational stability. If bankruptcy is unavoidable, he will guide you through the entire process. A well-thought-out step-by-step plan is essential, taking into account the positions of both directors and stakeholders.
In the event of a restart, he negotiates with all parties, from the bankruptcy trustee to financiers and investors.
Interim-CEO
Due to his many years of experience as a director of various companies, Frank is also deployed as Interim CEO.
