Peter Tesink

Peter Tesink worked for Price Waterhouse in the Netherlands during and after his studies to become a Chartered Accountant at the VU University in Amsterdam. He has been working for Philips since 1998 in various CFO roles in the Netherlands, France and Singapore. In 2005 he completed a turnaround of mobile telephones and sold this business unit to a Chinese party (CEC). In 2008 he returns to the Netherlands to work on the turnaround of the television branch, which he eventually places in a joint venture (with TPV). He left this joint venture in 2014 as CEO to lead TNT’s integration into FedEx.

Experienced turnaround, transformation and integration manager

Since 2005, Peter has focused primarily on turnarounds, efficiency improvements, transformations and startups. He has gained relevant experience at Price Waterhouse, Philips, FedEx, which make him a good sparringpartner and advisor for entrepreneurs, management boards and supervisory boards in aforementioned situations.

Advisor and interim director

Peter has worked for more than 20 years at companies that find themselves in a difficult market – and / or financial phase. He is an empathetic leader who gets results with a drive to explore things off the beaten track. Peter works easily with different cultures and acts quickly in full transparency.

As a consultant, chief restructuring officer or interim director, he brings his experience with knowledge of all aspects of business operations. He is a certified turnaround specialist and an accredited member of the European Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals (EACTP). Peter has completed his training as a supervisory director at Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 2023.
