Kenneth Derksen

Kenneth Derksen completed his MSc in Business Economics at the University of Amsterdam and, following his training as a Chartered Accountant, worked for Deloitte and PwC. In 1991 he became interim CFO of one of the largest independent insurance intermediaries in the Netherlands. A year later he took charge of an audit firm with responsibility for completing a turnaround.

Corporate finance

Since 2001 Kenneth has focused exclusively on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. To date he has successfully completed over 200 deals in a wide range of industries.

Kenneth is specialised in dealing with complex valuation and financing issues for companies facing challenges, ranging from fast-growing start-ups to restructurings and restart scenarios. His extensive network among financiers and investors means Kenneth is able to attract the right type of funding for almost any situation.

Interim CFO

His financial expertise has proven invaluable time and time again. Kenneth is happy to share his knowledge and experience with directors and shareholders of companies facing challenges, often as an involved and hands-on advisor and, if necessary, as interim CFO.
