TopzorgGroep acquires Medinello and De Fysioclub

TopzorgGroep (www.topzorggroep.nl) has entered into a partnership with MTC de Fysioclub (www.fysioclub.nl/mtc – which also has a partnership with JVDI De Fysioclub) and Medinello Groep (www.medinello.nl).

TopzorgGroep is a company active in, among other things, primary multidisciplinary paramedical care, sport, lifestyle, and reintegration in the Netherlands. TopzorgGroep offers a wide range of care services within multidisciplinary paramedics (including physiotherapy, ergotherapy and dietetics). Together with partner SRN Revalidatie, it also offers specialised medical rehabilitation care at its locations. TopzorgGroep is part of Private Equity company Capital A, with which it strives to make care in the Netherlands more cost-effective and to obtain national coverage.

MTC de Fysioclub is a leading provider of paramedical care and related treatment methods. In addition, high quality polyclinical rehabilitation medical care is provided by Medinello Groep and its partner Stichting Medinello. Both companies are a nationally known player and are present in the top 10 of highest customer ratings in the Netherlands. TopzorgGroep adds many highly reputable branches in one fell swoop.

MTC De Fysioclub and Medinello Groep excel in – besides the high quality of care which is beyond question – their internal and external accredited training courses, internal and external digitalisation, seminars/webinars for (para)medics/medical specialists and good contacts/cooperation with renowned institutions such as Maartenskliniek, Roessingh Revalidatiecentrum and Altrecht. Putting the patient first is an important core value for all parties.

The planned merger will contribute to the continuity, qualitative growth, innovation power and future stability of TopzorgGroep, MTC de Fysioclub and the Medinello Groep. This will strengthen the quality of care and create new treatment possibilities for patients.

Our contribution
